I Caramel Apples Recipe
Ingredients
| 14 oz. bag caramels | ||
| Hot water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Apples | 5 Medium, washed | |
| Wooden sticks | 5 | |
Directions
In 2 qt deep glass bowl add caramels and water.
Microwave (high) 2 1/2-3 1/2 minutes until caramels melt, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, insert sticks into stems of apples.
Dip each apple into hot mixture, turning to coat.
Place on buttered wax paper to cool.
Reheat mixture if it becomes too stiff.
