Hussainy Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Mutton | 500 Gram (For 4) | |
| Fat | 30 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onions | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Curds | 15 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Garlic a few flakes | ||
| Ginger | 15 Gram (For 4) | |
| Green chillies | 15 Gram (For 4) | |
| Tomatoes | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Potatoes for decoration 450 gm. | ||
| Milk | 5 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Tomatoes | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Coriander leaves | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cumin powder a pinch | ||
| Coriander powder | 5 Gram (For grinding) | |
| Chilli powder | 5 Gram (For grinding) | |
| Turmeric a pinch | ||
Directions
1. Boil whole meat with salt and a few slices of ginger till tender.
2. Cut meat into even sized squares.
3. Cut ginger, garlic and green chillies into round slices and chop onions.
4. Crush part of the ginger and garlic and soak in water.
5. Thread ginger, garlic, onions, green chillies and meat on skewers.
6. Heat fat and brown remaining onions.
7. Add ground spices and fry well.
8. Sprinkle with garlic and ginger juice and add chopped tomatoes, well beaten curds and salt.
9. Arrange sticks neatly and allow to simmer 10-15 minutes.
10. Dish out on a flat dish and surround with mashed potato border decorated with tomato strips and green coriander leaves.
