Hurry Up Pork Hash Recipe
Ingredients
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 cup cubed cooked pork
1 cup cubed cooked potatoes
1/2 cup cooked peas
Dash pepper
Directions
Cook onion in butter until lightly browned.
Blend in soup, milk, and Worcestershire.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes; stir often.
