Hunky Bill's Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
| 5 lbs. medium ground beef 2.5 kg | ||
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, minced | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 , minced | |
| Ketchup | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce chopped fresh parsley 5 mL | ||
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix all the ingredients together and roll into balls (about 1 1/2 oz. or 45 g).
Roll in the chopped parsley.
Place in a shallow baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes.
Drain the grease from the pan and top with a favourite sauce — such as mushroom, B.B.Q. sweet and sour, etc.
Reduce the oven temperature to 300°F (150°C) and bake the sauce covered meatballs another 20 minutes.
Serve as a main course or as appetizers.
