|Medium ground beef||5 Pound (2 1/2 Kilogram)|
|Green pepper||1 , minced|
|Dry bread crumbs||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Ketchup||150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)|
|Dry mustard||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Teaspoon|

Mix all the ingredients together and roll into balls (about 1 1/2 oz. or 45 g).
Roll in the chopped parsley.
Place in a shallow baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes.
Drain the grease from the pan and top with a favourite sauce â€” such as mushroom, B.B.Q. sweet and sour, etc.
Reduce the oven temperature to 300Â°F (150Â°C) and bake the sauce covered meatballs another 20 minutes.
Serve as a main course or as appetizers.
