Directions
Brown veal in hot bacon fat in a large skillet.
Place in slow cooker with onions and tomato paste.
Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
Cover and cook on low about 8 hours.
Add green peppers and Tabasco sauce 10 minutes before serving.
