Hungarian Chocolate Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Unsweetened bakers chocolate square | 5 | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Hot water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg, unbeaten | ||
| 6 tablespoons soft butter or margarine | ||
Directions
Melt chocolate; remove from heat and place in bowl.
Add sugar and water, both at once; blend.
Add egg yolks and beat thoroughly.
Then add butter, a tablespoon at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition
