Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean beef (chuck or round), cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons paprika
1 cup beef broth
2 green peppers, cubed
2 red peppers (ripe green peppers), cubed
1/2 cup plain yogurt mixed until smooth with
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Directions
Brown beef on all sides in hot oil in large skillet.
Add onions, salt, paprika, and broth; cover.
Simmer gently about 2 hours, until meat is very tender.
Add peppers last 10 minutes of cooking; remove lid so most liquid can evaporate.
Add yogurt; stir only to distribute lightly.
