| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. pork stew meat, cut into 3/4-inch pieces | ||
| 1 jar (32 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained | ||
| Onion | 1 Large, finely chopped | |
| Paprika | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Caraway seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaves | 2 | |
| Hot water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In large plastic food storage bag, combine flour and pork.
Shake to coat.
Place in 3-quart casserole.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 5 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave for 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes, or until pork is tender, stirring once or twice.
Remove bay leaves.
Stir in sour cream.
Shake to coat.
Place in 3-quart casserole.
