Ingredients

 2 lbs. new potatoes
 Green onions6 , finely chopped
 Celery stalks4 , finely chopped
 2 medium-sized dill pickles, thinly sliced
 1 large sour green apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 White vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
  black pepper1
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Directions

Boil unpeeled potatoes in lightly salted water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain and cool.
When cool enough to handle but still warm, peel and cut into halves.
Put warm potatoes in a large salad bowl.
Add green onions, celery, dill pickles and apple.
Mix the sour cream with the vinegar.
Pour over the warm potatoes and vegetables.
Season to taste.
Sprinkle paprika over salad.
Toss well.
Garnish with parsley.
