|Boneless beef chuck/3 1/2 pounds bone-in chuck||3 Pound|
|Large onions||3 Pound, cut in wedge-shape pieces to make about 7 cups|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Put meat, onions, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons paprika in large heavy kettle. (No water is needed.)
Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring often.
Simmer, covered, for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and simmer until liquid cooks down to gravy consistency.
Garnish with parsley and serve with noodles and a generous dollop of dairy sour cream topped with a sprinkling of paprika.
Makes 6 servings.
