Ingredients

 Onions2 Medium
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 1 1/2 pounds lean beef, well trimmed, cut into 1-inch cubes
 Green pepper1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 potato, peeled and grated
 Caraway seed1/4 Teaspoon
 Red pepper1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 1 low-sodium beef bouillon cube
 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.
2. Add remaining ingredients and cover.
3. Simmer 3 hours or until meat is tender. Add more water if needed.
