Hungarian Goulash Recipe
Ingredients

| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 pounds lean beef, well trimmed, cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| Green pepper | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 potato, peeled and grated | ||
| Caraway seed | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Red pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 low-sodium beef bouillon cube | ||
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.
2. Add remaining ingredients and cover.
3. Simmer 3 hours or until meat is tender. Add more water if needed.
