Hungarian Goulash Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon Ac'cent | ||
| 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef chuck, cut in 1-inch cubes | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot buttered noodles | ||
Directions
1. Combine flour and Ac'cent. Toss pieces of meat in flour mixture to coat all sides.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and brown thoroughly on all sides. Add onions, salt, paprika and water.
3. Cover with vac-control valve closed. Lower heat and simmer about 2 hours or until fork tender.
4. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
