Ingredients

 Shortening/Margarine1 Teaspoon
 Lean beef1 Ounce, diced
 1 oz. lean veal, diced
 1 oz. beef kidney, diced
 Onion2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Green pepper1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Cherry tomatoes3 , halved
 Potato1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Carrot1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Paprika, pepper, marjoram

Directions

Heat shortening or margarine in skillet; add meat.
Brown on all sides; drain.
Place in individual casserole.
Add remaining ingredients.
Add enough water to cover.
Cover casserole tightly; bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
