Hungarian Goulash Recipe
Ingredients
| Shortening/Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lean beef | 1 Ounce, diced | |
| 1 oz. lean veal, diced | ||
| 1 oz. beef kidney, diced | ||
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Cherry tomatoes | 3 , halved | |
| Potato | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Carrot | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika, pepper, marjoram | ||
Directions
Heat shortening or margarine in skillet; add meat.
Brown on all sides; drain.
Place in individual casserole.
Add remaining ingredients.
Add enough water to cover.
Cover casserole tightly; bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
