 Unsweetened chocolate square3 , melted
 Confectioner’s sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 tablespoons hot tap water
 Egg yolks3
 Softened butter4 Tablespoon

Directions

1. In small bowl, mix chocolate, confectioners' sugar, and hot tap water. With mixer at low speed, beat in egg yolks, 1 at a time.
2. With mixer at medium speed, beat in butter, 1 tablespoon at a time; continue beating until thick with an easy spreading consistency.
