 1 recipe BASIC CREPES baked in advance
 2 cups very thick applesauce, made with honey or unsweetened apple juice
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Apricot glaze1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rum2 Tablespoon
 Slivered almonds1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F. and lightly grease a shallow, ovenproof serving dish.
Combine applesauce and lemon juice.
Place a crepe on prepared dish, and spread with about 2 tablespoons applesauce mixture.
Continue to layer applesauce and crepes, ending with a crepe.
Combine apricot glaze and rum.
Brush top and sides of crepe cake with glaze.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
Place in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
