1 Spread bread with the sandwich spread.
2 Layer each of the 4 slices with cheese, romaine, tomato slices, chicken, pickles, Canadian bacon, cheese, tongue and romaine.
3 Top with the remaining bread.
4 Onto each of 4 skewers,thread 2 cauliflowerets, 2 green-pepper squares and a cherry tomato.
5 Wrap separately to pack with the sandwiches.
6 Serve as desired.
