Ingredients

 
1/2 cup sesame oil
 
1/4 cup lemon juice
 
1 large clove garlic
 
1/2 t. salt
 
1 can cooked chick peas
 
1 t. chopped parsley

Directions

Combine oil, juice, garlic and salt in blender and blend until smooth.
Thru opening in cover add a few chick peas at a time and continued blending until mixture is smooth.
If too thick, thin with a little water.
Chill well and seve sprinkled with parsley.
Dip with toasted pita bread.
