Hummus Bi Tahini Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup tahini, purchased in Mideastern store | ||
| Garbanzos | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Scallions | 6 , chopped | |
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt, pepper | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), peeled | |
Directions
Into blender put tahini, water, salad oil, lemon juice and garlic.
Blend until smooth.
Add chick peas and blend thoroughly.
Stir in chopped scallions, salt and pepper to taste.
