Hummus Recipe Video

Hummus is very easy to prepare and delicious side dish that can be made in nearly no time. You should also give it a shot!

Ingredients

 
liquid from (18 oz) can of chickpeas
 
1/2 cup sesame seeds
 
2 chopped garlic cloves
 
2 tbsp lemon juice
 
chopped parsley

Directions

1. In a blender, combine liquid from chickpeas, sesame seeds, garlic cloves, and lemon juice.
2. Blend for 30 seconds.
3. Add chickpeas, blend until smooth.
4. Pour in a bowl.
5. Sprinkle with parsley.
6. Hummus is great with pita bread.
