|Canned garbanzo beans||15 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Tahini||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Regular salt||To Taste (Optional)|

1. Roast one large red bell pepper over direct flame.
2. Peel the skin off the bell pepper, remove the stem, clean out the seeds and dice.
3. In a blender or food processor, add garbanzo beans, salt, 3/4th diced red bell pepper (save rest for garnish), garlic cloves, olive oil, juice a fresh lime, tahini and blend well until smooth and creamy.
4. In a serving bowl, garnish with roasted, diced bell pepper and serve with any appetizer of choice.
