 Pita breads2 , halved
 1 cup Hummus
 Cherry tomatoes, halved
 Bell peppers1 To taste, chopped
 Chopped scallions
 Alfalfa sprouts

Directions

Open pita pockets. Place Hummus in the bottom of each pocket. Fill with vegetables. Drizzle a little tamari over the top of the filling.
