Hummus Pita Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Pita breads | 2 , halved | |
| 1 cup Hummus | ||
| Cherry tomatoes, halved | ||
| Bell peppers | 1 To taste, chopped | |
| Chopped scallions | ||
| Alfalfa sprouts | ||
| Tamari | ||
Directions
Open pita pockets. Place Hummus in the bottom of each pocket. Fill with vegetables. Drizzle a little tamari over the top of the filling.
