Ingredients

 Coarsely chopped4
 Can chickpeas19 Ounce, drained, rinsed
 Ground cumin1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground coriander1/2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Extra virgin olive oil2 Tablespoon
 1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced (about 1 to 2 teaspoons), optional
 Water6 Tablespoon
 1 Pita Chips
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Using a food processor puree the first eight ingredients.
2) Add salt and pepper to taste.
3) With the processor motor running, add enough water to get dipping consistency.

SERVING
4) Serve with Pita Chips.
