Homemade Hummus Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
chick-pea (canned) 1 cup drained
 
lemon juice 1/4 cup
 
olive oil 1/4 cup
 
garlic clove 2 chopped
 
salt 1/2 tsp
 
paprika 1/4 tsp to garnish

Directions

1. In a foodprocessor combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt. Pulse until smooth. Add a small quantity of water if it is needed.
2. Garnish with the paprika.
