Ingredients

 4 garlic cloves, minced and then mashed
 Garbanzo beans2 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 Tahini2/3 Cup (16 tbs), roasted
 Lemon juice1/3 Cup (16 tbs), squeezed
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pine nuts, toasted
 Parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions

In a food processor, combine the mashed garlic, garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, water, and olive oil.
Process until smooth.
Add salt, starting at a half a teaspoon, to taste.
Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and chopped parsley.
