Recipe Story

I use to just buy this, until I found out how easy it is to make, and how much better it tastes when its fresh!

Ingredients

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup water

1-2 cloves garlic, peeled

1 14.5 oz can chick peas

1/4 cup sesame tahini

1 tsp salt

1 Tbs olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

In food processor, place garlic and water, lemon juice and salt and blend to combine.
Add chickpeas and olive oil and process until fairly smooth.
Add tahini and process again, adding extra water if necessary to thin.
To serve: mound in an attractive bowl, sprinkle with paprika and parsley and drizzel with
olive oil. Serve at room temperature to appreciate full flavour.

This video looks amazingly cool. Humus is a great mediteranean dish and you definitely make it simple. Somehow your videos give me an impression that you do it all yourself - no cameraman. If that is the case, it is real COOL. You set a fabulous example for eveyone out there who wants to be media personality but thinks that it is impossible to do without a big production team. Great video again.
