Hummingbird Cake Recipe
Humming bird food recipe.I have made a humming bird cake with nuts,banana & pineapple.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 bananas, mashed
¼ cup chopped nuts
¾ cup vegetable oil
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together to form the batter for the cake.Pour this batter over a greased baking dish.
Bake this for 50 mintues or until cooked.
Sprinkle sugar over it for garnish.
