 Flour3 Cup (16 tbs)

 3 eggs, slightly beaten
 Crushed pineapple1 Can (10oz), undrained
 Bananas2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Nuts1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, vanilla, eggs, undrained pineapple, bananas, and nuts, and stir well. Batter will be thick. Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until cake tests done and is browned. Cool completely in pan. This cake is very moist and will store well if kept in a cool place.
