Ingredients

 1/2 cup prepared vinaigrette salad dressing
 Honey dijon mustard1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange peel1 Tablespoon, grated
 Water1 Tablespoon
 Poppy seeds1 Teaspoon
 Chicken tenders1 pound
 Jerk seasoning1 Tablespoon
 8 cups cut-up romaine lettuce
 3 cups cut-up fruit from salad bar such as oranges, melon, strawberries, pineapple

Directions

Combine salad dressing, mustard, orange peel, water and poppy seeds; mix well.
Reserve.
Rub chicken tenders with jerk seasoning.
Skewer chicken and grill over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 5 minutes per side.
Arrange lettuce and fruit on salad plates.
