Huckleberry Pudding With Lemon Sauce Recipe

| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

| Lemon peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Margarine | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Huckleberries | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Mix together first seven ingredients.
Cut in margarine with pastry cutter until size of peas.
Add eggs and milk, then mix thoroughly.
Pour into greased and flour 9x9x2" pan and top with huckleberries.
Bake 350°F.for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
