Directions

GETTING READY
1.Dry the scallops on cloth.

MAKING
2.In a medium sauce pan add canola oil and let it heat on medium high.
3.Carefully place the dabbed scallops in the pan, face down, coated in oil and continuously move them so that they get evenly brown and cooked, about 1 minute.
4.Flip them over one at a time and immediately season them with a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper.
5.Turn the heat of while the scallops cook in the hot pan. Then remove to absorbant paper towel tp remove excess oil.
6.In the mean time, put some olive oil and garlic into a different pan, add pine nuts and pre-cooked bacon.
7.Toss a little bit of spaghetti noodles, and add pepper and salt to it.

SERVING
8.While plating, pile the sphagetti pasta on serving plates then place the scallops on top and garnish with your favourite cheese if you like.
9.You can also serve the scallops over a fresh green salad instead of pasta.
