Directions

GETTING READY
1.In a mixing bowl stir together yeast and hot water. Leave for 5-10 minutes.
2.Mix salt and half the flour well in a separate bowl. Add liquid ingredients to the dry and blending them together with a wooden spoon. Add the rest of the flour and mix until a solid ball forms.

MAKING
3.Knead the ball of dough until homogeneous and smooth. Form the dough into a ball again then place it in a lightly oiled bowl.
4.Covered with plastic wrap, let sit for 1 1/2 hours.

SERVING
5.Divide dough into desired sizes and roll out into 1/4 inch thickness. Build and bake with toppings and cheese of your choice.

I picked up two tricks from this video that will be very handy: 1.) roll out dough in a "W" formation, and 2.) Sprinkle corn meal on the bottom to keep the dough from sticking to the pan. I always have trouble keeping my dough perfectly round, but this video should definitely help... and I'll have to give that corn meal thing a try sometime. Thanks mate!
