Directions

FOR ITALIAN MARINADE
MAKING
1. In an aluminium foil, place Italian herbal paste. Pour olive oil and mix with the paste.
2. Place salmon/halibut fillet over them and marinate well.
3. Wrap the fish with foil and keep for 1-2 hours. Grill the fish until done.
4. Remove the foil and slice the fish. Garnish with, onion, green chilies and lemon.

SERVING
5. Serve the Grilled Salmon/Halibut with your favorite salad and enjoy!

FOR INDIAN MARINADE
MAKING
1. In a bowl, add turmeric powder, red pepper powder, salt, cumin coriander powder, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well
2. Marinate the tillapia fillets with the mix.
3. Wrap the fish with aluminium foil and keep for 1-2 hours. Grill the fish until done.
4. Remove the foil and slice the fish. Garnish with, onion, green chilies and lemon.

SERVING
5. Serve the Grilled Tillapia with fresh salads.
