|Shrimps||1⁄2 Pound, deveined|
|Coconut milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Yellow curry paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||2 , quartered|
|Spur chillies||2 , sliced into 2|
|Fish sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Take a wok and add the coconut milk. Add yellow curry paste. Stir till it blends well and oil surfaces. Add the sugar, fish sauce, shrimps, tomatoes and chillies. Cook till shrimps are done (about 3-5 minutes). Serve.
