Directions
1. In a heavy skillet melt butter and add in the sugar.
2. Add in the pineapple wedges to the syrup and brown on each side for two minutes and remove. Set aside in a plate.
3. To make the sauce, add in the heavy cream to the same pan and blend with the syrup.
SERVING
4. Pour the sweet sauce over the pineapple and serve.
