Easy Sausage Meatballs Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
* 500g extra lean minced pork
 
* 75g fresh breadcrumbs
 
* 1 egg, beaten
 
* 1 onion, very finely chopped
 
* 2 tbsp chopped fresh sage or 1 tsp dried sage
 
* 500g jar Dolmio original sauce for bolognese
 
* 400g spaghetti

Directions

1. In a large bowl mix together the pork, breadcrumbs, egg, onion and sage. When well combined, shape the mixture into 20 firm balls.
2. Heat a large non-stick pan and lightly brown the meatballs. Add the sauce, cover and simmer gently for 15 mins until meatballs are cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling water, according to the packet instructions, then drain well.
4. Spoon some of the sauce onto the pasta and toss so it's well coated.
5. Divide between bowls and spoon the remaining sauce and meatballs on top. Serve imediately.
