Directions

Place the garlic cloves and pine nuts in your processor. Grind them.
Add basil leaves ( lemon & genoa). Grind them.
Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
Add 1 cup olive oil to get a creamy kind of consistency.
Grind all the ingredients so that everything gets mixed properly. Make a thick paste.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Your pesto sauce is ready to be served.
Enjoy with delicious pasta. Sprinkle parsley for more flavored taste.
