Recipe Story

Thai food can be hot and spicy,especially papaya salad,but oooh man ,it so gooooood!!!

Ingredients

 
4-5 Chilies
 
2 Garlic’s cloves
 
½ Cup of sliced cherry tomato’s
 
½ Cup of roasted peanuts
 
Half of whole lime
 
3 Cups of shredded papaya

Directions

With a mortar and pestle , crush the chillies, garlic and the roasted peanuts. Add the rest of the ingredients and squeeze the lime in. Add the fish sauce and sugar. Pound. Crush all the ingredients and mix well. Blend al the ingredients well. Serve.

Moody Foodie do you mean bitter or better????? It is interesting the differences in Som Tom some with dried shrimp, some with salted crab, and the Laos/Issan with oh dang I can't recall the "fruit" name 1" oval, large seed, bitter...........-sorry I am going to bed very very sick. Shanti/Mary-Anne
