¼ cup carrot
½ cup bean sprouts
Pad Thai sauce
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup spring onions
Olive oil
Shrimps or pork or chicken
Noodles
Directions
Take a wok. Set on high heat. Add 2 tbsp of oil. Add the garlic and stir. Add the shrimps and carrots. Stir. Add the noodles. Stir and mix well. Add some water and mix. Add 1 tbsp of Pad Thai sauce. Make some space in the wok. Break in the egg and stir and cook till done. Add some olive oil and mix well. Garnish with spring onions and roasted and ground peanuts. Serve.
