Ingredients
1-3 lb pork ribs (chopped into bite size)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup breadcrumb
1/2 tsp salt
SAUCE
1/4 cup lite soy or lite chicken stock
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy or honey
1/2- whole orange (squeezed)
1-2 tsp cornstarch
few orange peel (cut up)
3 cups cooking oil
Directions
Put the pork chops in a plastic container. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Add all purpose flour. Add breadcrumbs. Close the container with its cover. Toss them well.
In a bowl, put soy sauce. Add hoisin sauce to the bowl. Add sweet soy. Add orange (squeezed). Add cornstarch. Mix them well.
Medium heat the oil in a wok. Place ribs in the oil. Deep-fry them. Drain them well. Medium heat cooking oil (2 tbsp) in another wok. Add orange peel to the wok. Add sauce to the wok. Cook until the sauce thickens. Add fried spareribs. Mix them well. Serve in a plate.
