Classic Miso Soup Recipe Video
Here is an non traditional Miso soup recipe. Instead of using Tofu and Nori/Seaweed, the chef has used some mung bean. Watch the recipe video below and try it yourself!
Ingredients
Mung bean
Green Onions Chopped
Miso/Soybean paste
Water
Directions
1) Boil water and add Miso paste (as much as desired).
2) Stire in the paste and add Mung bean strips, and chopped green onions.
3) Cook till the paste has dissolved into the water.
SERVE!
