Indian Vegetarian Curried Corn Recipe Video

Ingredients
Corn Ears - 2
Onion - 1/2, finely diced
Green Bell Pepper - 1/2, finely diced
Ripe tomato - 2, finely diced
Green chili - 2-5, chopped
Granulate Garlic - 1/2 teaspoon (or 2-3 cloves of garlic)
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Indian Curry Mix - 3 teaspoons,(mixture of Red Pepper Powder, cumin powder, coriander powder 1 teaspoon each)
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Directions
1) Separate the corn kernels from the ears.
2) Saute the onion in heated oil with cumin and mustard seeds.
3) Cook for 2 minutes and then add garlic, green chili.
4) Next add corn and other vegetables.
5) Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
6) Season with salt, pepper and Indian curry mix.
7) Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
8) Serve with Indian bread or rice or toast.
