Low Fat Banana Bread Muffins Recipe Video
Today I'm showing you how to make my favourite recipe for banana muffins. They have a bit more oil in the mix than I usually like but because this batch yields 18 muffins, and they are so darn good, I overlook it!
Remember not to over-mix and you will have nice light and tender muffins. You can get the printed recipe here (note that the recipe shows a yieldof 12 muffins, but I always get 18. It really depends on the size of your bananas and the size of your muffin tins. Just be prepared to get more!) I hope you enjoy them...and your day!
