Ingredients

 
½ cup diced carrots
 
½ cup chopped celery
 
1 cup pork
 
¼ cup green onion
 
2 eggs
 
2 ½ cups rice (pre-cooked)
 
2 tbsp soy sauce
 
1 tsp garlic powder
 
1 tsp salt
 
2 tbsp sugar

Directions

Take a wok. Set heat on high. Add to it 2 tbsp of oil. Add the carrots and stir. Break in the eggs and stir till the eggs are done. Add the pork. Stir. Add the rice in little by little. Turn heat down a little. Stir. Add in the soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, sugar, celery and green onions. Stir and mix everything well. Serve.
