Ingredients
| Red fish | 700 Gram, sliced | |
| Red onion | 60 Gram, chopped | |
| Ginger | 25 Gram, chopped | |
| Garlic | 25 Gram, chopped | |
| Green chilies | 5 , chopped | |
| Curry leaves | 8 | |
| Turmeric powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Red chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Coconut milk | 90 Milliliter | |
| Star fruit | 4 , soaked in water | |
| Green leaves | 6 | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a clay pot, pour coconut oil and heat it.
2. Stir in the red onions and sauté well. Add curry leaves, green chilies, garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Stir well, add chopped ginger. Season it with turmeric powder and red chili powder.
4. Pour coconut milk and boil for 2-3 minutes. Add star fruits and salt to taste.
5. Put the fish into the gravy and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Transfer the curry into a serving bowl. Garnish with green leaves.
SERVING
7. Enjoy the Fish Curry with boiled tapioca, rice or any dish of your choice.
