Ingredients

 
Duck meat
 
3 Onions
 
2 Tomatoes
 
Salt
 
Ginger
 
Garlic
 
Pepper powder
 
Coriander powder
 
Coconut oil
 
Meat masala

Directions

Take a pan and pour some coconut oil. Heat the oil.
Add finely chopped onions. Make them brown and add green chillies. Saute well.
Add ginger and garlic. Saute them well.
Add meat masala, 2-3 tsps coriander powder and 2 tsps turmeric powder.
Add chopped tomatoes and pour enough water to cook the dish.
Add meat and mix properly. Put some salt. It will take 15-20minutes to cook.
Add 2-3 green leaves and pepper powder. Close the lid and cook for 15-20minutes.
Your duck meat is ready to eat. Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy the dish with paratha, appam or any dish of your choice.
