2 Cherry tomatoes (chopped)
Parsley (chopped)
2 slices of bacon (chopped)
3 eggs
1 tsp salt

Black pepper powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
Directions
Take a bowl and break in the eggs. Add the chopped bacons, cherry tomatoes, parsley and bean sprouts. Mix. Lightly beat the ingredients together. Add the salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Take a pan and add ½ cup of oil. Add the garlic. Pour in the egg mixture. Deep fry the egg till golden brown. Turn over and deep fry for 10 seconds. Serve with rice.

I have also eaten this with minced pork instead of bacon and with some chiles minced or nam phrik pla. I try not to deep fry but this tastes so good!!!!! Was that Mountain Sauce/Seasoning instead of Soy Sauce?
I use Thai White Soy in some dishes and also Thai Mountain Sauce. Even Thai Oyster Sauce hasd a different flavour from Chinese!
