600 gramm salmon
some choped chive
60 gramm chop bacon
1/3 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Rum
1/3 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon hondashi ( Japanese fish powder ) you can buy in chinese or Japanese super market
if you like you can add one egg inside to make it more sticky

Hi thank you.
I suggest rice and some sauce.
For example, cut some tomatoes put in hot pan to cook, add beated eggs and some sugar and salt. Cook until eggs are done.
This tomato-egg sauce is very common in china and is an easy and delicious sauce for rice.
