Tamarind Paste – 1 cup
Palm Sugar – 1 cup (softened in warm water)
Distilled White Vinegar – 1/4th cup
Garlic – ½ cup, chopped
Shallot - ½ cup, chopped
Salt – a pinch
Oil – 4 tablespoon
Directions
1. In a wok, heat oil over medium low heat.
2. Add chopped garlic, shallot and sauté for about 10 minutes until the mixture starts to turn brown.
3. Add the softened palm sugar, tamarind paste and vinegar.
4. Season with a pinch of salt.
5. Stir and cook for some time until the sauce is well blended.

I could understand all the ingredients. I'll list them here. For quantities & method, watch closely. INGREDIENTS: Vegetable Oil; Garlic - (finely) chopped; Shallots - (finely) chopped; White Distilled Vinegar; Palm Sugar - soaked in hot water; Tamarind Paste. That's it!

I agree with the first poster. due to poor recording quality she is very difficult to understand. a list of ingreadiants would have been helpful without them this is not worth having on the website unless you have very good audio equiptment on your computer.
