Apple Cake Recipe Video
Ingredients
1. puff pastry
2. 3 x apples, cut slices
3. almond 70 gramm
4. marzipan ( almond paste ) 200 gramm ( 3. and 4. ) put in small plastic bag use hand and finger to press them together, after 5 or 6 times add some Rum and mix together for 6 times
5. half cup sour cream ( 100 gramm = 4 x soup spoon )
6. half cup yoghurt ( 75 gramm = 3 x soup spoon )
7. 2 x eggs
8. half bag vanilla pudding powder ( 19 gramm )
9. 2 soup spoons of sugar
10. 1 soup spoon of honey
11. half cup fresh milk
12. salt 1/3 tea spoon
13. 2 x soup spoon salat oil (put 5 to 13 into mixing bowl gradually beat until creamy )
Directions
1. lay out the puff pastry
2. put it in the baking form , use a fork to sting in a few times ( easy for the heat to rise up and keep the cake form )
3. take 3. and 4. out of the bag and put on the puff pastry try to put it all over
4. lay the sliced apple on top ( in same direction to look better )
5. gradually pour 5. and 13. in and slightly move the baking form to make it go through all over on 200° C before baking heat oven for 10 minutes ( my oven has 5 different stages mosty when I bake I use the 4 th ) the cake will not turn dark easily and will not taste too dry bake for 45 or 50 minutes , today after 45 minutes I saw the cake turn to gold brown also I saw small bubbles . I knew it is finished . leave it to cool on cake rack. Disperse cinnamon powder on the cake before
serving Suggestion : 1 not only apple, can use pear ( or mix both together ) 2 walnut instead of almond or just without any nuts 3 can use raisins 1/3 cup in small bowl, add some sugar and Rum or warm water for 30 minutes before use
