Directions

MAKING
1. Cut and puree fresh strawberries.

2. Soak gelatin in cold water.

3. Heat 1/3rd of the puree and melt gelatin in it off flame.

4. Add the remaining puree and mix well

5. Whip cream with sugar till soft peaks form.

6. Fold cream into the puree and pour the mixture in prepared moulds.

7. Refrigerate the mousse for 3hrs before serving


SERVING
8. Unmold mousse on a serving plate. Garnish with strawberries, mint and balsamic vinegar.
